Welcome to Valiant Akitas homepage! We are Brian, Paula and Courtney Lane and we invite you to visit our family of Akitas. Our love for the Akita breed began in 1993 with the purchase of Seiko, our first pet Akita. I now have bred down 3 generations from my original foundation dogs. We breed usually only one carefully planned litter per year to allow us time to properly socialize and pre-spoil our puppies. I have never owned more than 8 dogs MAX and usually much less. Currently we have just 4 Akitas which allows plenty of individual attention and playtime. My dogs are my pets first and show dogs second. We invite any inquiries about our dogs or general breed information. We hope you enjoy your visit and check back freqeuently for updates.
